Each specification is tracked as its own SKU. As the group's aggregate quantity for a SKU crosses 25, 50, 100 and 200 units, everyone moves down to that tier's price — including orders placed earlier.

Your final unit price is not locked at checkout. Cart totals are estimates based on the tier each SKU has reached right now. When the group buy closes, the final aggregate quantity of each SKU sets the final price for every purchaser, and payment instructions are sent afterward.
